Dainichi have long featured at the top, producing many Grand Champions at the All Japan Koi Show. The founder, Minoru Mano is one of the forefathers of todays Nishikigoi world and the farm. Their famous bloodlines of Kohaku, Sanke and Showa date back a long way and feature in the bloodline history of many of Japans top Nishikigoi breeders.
